"I was not sure what to expect from the Facilitation Skills Training β I thought it might feel like a corporate workshop. It did not. The pace was genuinely calm and the scenarios we practised felt real. I have already used one of the frameworks in a conversation with my sister that had been difficult for months."

"The Relationship Information Seminar gave me a much clearer picture of what is actually available in this area. Before I went, I had no idea there were so many different types of professional support and how to tell them apart. The resource list they handed out at the end has been genuinely useful β I have already contacted two of the organisations on it."

"We had boxes of household documents that had been accumulating for ten years and nobody had any idea what was where. Niran spent the day with us sorting and labelling everything. He was efficient, quiet about it and did not comment on any of the paperwork itself. The handover guide he left means we can keep the system going."

"I attended the facilitation course on the recommendation of a colleague. What I found useful was that it was clearly educational β nobody was trying to intervene in my personal situation. The listening techniques have helped me at work as much as at home, which I did not expect."

"The information seminar was the first session I went to and it set the tone well. The presenter was straightforward about what Mediova does and does not do, which I appreciated. I left with a much shorter list of things to figure out on my own."

"Sorting household records felt like an impossible task. There were documents from my parents mixed in with my own children's paperwork and years of things that needed filing properly. Mediova's coordinator came in, took one look and had a structure ready within an hour. By the end of the day everything was in order."

Participant Journeys
A closer look at three experiences
Case Study 01 β Facilitation Training
A community centre coordinator building practical skills
The situation
A coordinator at a community centre in Pattaya was regularly called on to facilitate conversations between neighbours or between residents and building management. She had no formal training for this and found the role stressful β particularly when emotions ran high.
What she did
She attended the two-day Facilitation Skills Training. The course covered active listening, neutral framing and how to manage situations where one party becomes hostile. She practised these in role-play scenarios with other participants.
What changed
Within a month she had used the frameworks in three real situations. She said the biggest shift was confidence β knowing what to do with silence rather than filling it. Two conversations that she expected to escalate reached a quieter stopping point instead.
"I did not come in thinking I would become a mediator. I just needed tools for managing the room. That is exactly what I got."
Case Study 02 β Information Seminar
An expat family mapping out their options
The situation
A couple from Europe living in Jomtien were going through a difficult period and wanted to understand what support was available locally. They had searched online but found it hard to tell which services were appropriate for their situation and which operated in a regulated capacity.
What they did
They attended the Relationship Information Seminar together. The session gave them an overview of different support categories and how to distinguish between them. The presenter was clear that the seminar was general information only β which they said actually reduced their anxiety rather than adding to it.
What followed
Using the resource list from the seminar, they contacted a licensed counsellor in Pattaya. They said the seminar had helped them ask better questions at that first meeting and arrive with a clearer sense of what they were looking for.
"We were a bit lost. The seminar did not solve anything on its own, but it made it much easier to take the next step."
Case Study 03 β Document Organisation
A multigenerational household sorting years of paperwork
The situation
A household in Si Racha was home to three generations and held decades of documents β property papers, insurance records, school documents, medical histories and more. After a family member passed away, it became clear that nobody knew where key papers were kept.
What they did
They booked Document Organisation Support. The coordinator spent a full day at the property categorising, labelling and building a simple colour-coded filing structure. Physical and digital copies were organised in parallel. The coordinator did not read or comment on the contents of any document.
The result
Within the day the household had a clear, navigable system. A maintenance guide was left with two family members so they could keep it up to date. Six months later they reported that the system was still in use and nothing had been misfiled.
"It was a relief to have someone come in and just do it without making it a bigger deal than it needed to be."
