Our Story

Rooted in the belief that every family deserves a clearer path

Mediova was built around one simple idea: that access to good information and better communication skills makes hard conversations a little more manageable.

Who We Are

The Mediova story

Mediova came together in Chonburi out of a shared observation: families facing complicated situations often struggle not because there are no answers, but because they do not know where to look or how to start the conversation. Navigating household transitions, co-parenting arrangements or simply keeping important paperwork in order can feel overwhelming without a steady hand nearby.

Our founders — people with backgrounds in facilitation, community education and administrative practice — decided to build a space that holds the middle ground: not a counselling room, not a law office, not a government desk. Just a warm, organised place where people can learn skills, receive general information and get their papers sorted.

We opened our doors in Bang Lamung knowing that the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand hosts a diverse mix of families — Thai, expat, mixed — each navigating their own circumstances. That diversity shapes how we work. Our sessions are designed for clarity, not complexity, and we are careful to signpost people toward qualified professionals whenever a situation moves beyond educational territory.

The name Mediova draws from the idea of a middle way — a meeting point where different needs and perspectives can find a common footing. That philosophy runs through everything we do, from how we structure a facilitation workshop to how we label a folder of household documents.

Our Mission

To give families access to useful information, practical skills and calm administrative support — without overstepping into regulated territory or making promises we cannot keep.

Our Vision

A community where families can approach difficult transitions with more confidence, better skills and the knowledge of where to turn when they need more specialist support.

Our Values

Honesty about scope. Warmth without pressure. Respect for people's autonomy. Quiet consistency. We hold these values in every session, every folder and every conversation we have.

How We Work

Our standards and approach

We hold ourselves to a clear set of practices that keep our work honest, careful and genuinely useful.

Scope transparency

We are explicit at the outset of every session about what we do and do not cover. If a situation requires a regulated professional, we say so clearly and point toward appropriate resources.

Discretion as standard

Personal information shared with us stays with us. We do not discuss individual cases between sessions or with outside parties, and we maintain simple but firm data practices.

Ongoing facilitator development

Our team regularly refreshes knowledge through facilitation practice workshops, information literacy updates and peer review of session materials.

Responsible data handling

Participant contact details are stored securely, used only for session coordination and never passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Community referral network

We maintain an up-to-date list of reputable local and national service providers so that anyone who comes to us can leave with a clear next step when our scope runs out.

Session feedback and review

We gather participant feedback after every session and use it to refine materials, timings and delivery — keeping what we offer genuinely useful rather than static.

Family information and facilitation education in Chonburi

Families navigating transitions — whether that involves household reorganisation, changes in living arrangements or simply wanting better day-to-day communication — often lack access to plain, accessible information in a calm setting. Mediova fills that gap in the Bang Lamung and Chonburi area by offering skill-based workshops, general information sessions and practical administrative support.

Our Facilitation Skills Training draws on established neutral conversation frameworks adapted for family and community contexts. Participants leave with a set of tools they can apply in everyday situations — not a certificate authorising them to practise professionally, but a personal skill set that makes conversations calmer and more productive.

The Relationship Information Seminar is positioned as a general awareness session. It covers where to find reputable support services, how different types of help are structured and what questions it is worth asking before engaging any service. It does not substitute for professional input but gives people a clearer picture of the landscape before they take their next step.

Document Organisation Support addresses a practical need that often gets overlooked in times of household change: keeping key paperwork accessible, clearly labelled and easy to find. This is a purely administrative offering with no comment on the contents or implications of any document.
