What We Offer
Three distinct offerings, each with a clear purpose
Each of our offerings is educational or administrative in nature. We are clear about what each one covers and what falls outside its scope — and that clarity starts here.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
How we structure every engagement
Each Mediova offering begins with an intake conversation — a short, informal exchange to understand what you are hoping to take away and whether our scope is the right fit. If it is not, we will tell you that immediately and point you toward something more appropriate.
Sessions are conducted at our space in Bang Lamung or, for group offerings, at agreed community venues. Materials are prepared in advance and shared with participants beforehand so that session time can be used for engagement rather than background reading.
Following every session or course, participants receive a short written summary — key frameworks covered, resource lists and any notes specific to the group's questions. We do not follow up with sales communications.

Offering 01
Facilitation Skills Training
A short course built around neutral, mediation-style conversation frameworks adapted for everyday family and community settings. This is skill-building for individuals — not case handling, not counselling. Participants practise holding space for different viewpoints, applying structured questioning and managing their own reactions in charged conversations.
- Neutral facilitation posture and active listening techniques
- Practise sessions with realistic family and community scenarios
- Frameworks for de-escalating tense exchanges
- Take-home workbook with key frameworks and reflection exercises
How it runs
Intake call to confirm scope fit and discuss group size
Pre-reading materials shared ahead of course day(s)
One or two-day workshop with practice scenarios
Written summary and referral list provided within 48 hours
Offering 02
Relationship Information Seminar
An open, general talk covering healthy communication patterns and where to find reputable support when a situation requires more than general information. This session is signposting in nature — it gives people a clearer map of available services and the right questions to ask before engaging one. No personal cases are discussed or advised upon.
- Overview of common communication patterns in family contexts
- Guide to categories of professional support available in Thailand
- Questions to ask when considering different types of help
- Curated resource list distributed at the end of the session
How it runs
Brief registration to confirm attendance and session dates
Half-day open seminar — Q&A included, no personal cases discussed
Resource list and session notes provided at close
Offering 03
Document Organisation Support
A practical, hands-on administrative service helping households arrange family records into a simple, consistent and easy-to-navigate system. This is about structure, labelling and accessibility — our team does not review, interpret or comment on the contents of any document. The output is a filing system the household can understand and maintain.
- Assessment of existing paperwork volume and categories
- Design of a straightforward filing structure suited to the household
- Labelling and sorting of existing documents (physical and/or digital)
- Handover guide so the system can be maintained without assistance
How it runs
Brief intake call to estimate volume and confirm access
On-site or remote session to assess and categorise
Sorting, labelling and system build (typically within one day)
Handover walkthrough and maintenance guide provided

Our Standards
The practices we hold across all three offerings
Scope clarity
Each offering is described with precision. We do not blur lines between what is educational and what is regulated.
Personal information handling
Contact details collected for session administration only. Not shared, not used for follow-up marketing.
Punctual, prepared sessions
Materials are ready before the session date. We do not use session time to cover groundwork that could be shared in advance.
Ongoing content review
Session content is reviewed against participant feedback on a rolling basis. Nothing stays in a programme just because it has always been there.
Active referral practice
When situations exceed our scope, we point people toward appropriate services rather than attempting to stretch what we offer.
No upselling during sessions
Sessions focus on the content booked. We do not use session time to promote additional offerings.
Take the Next Step
Not sure which offering is right? We are happy to help you decide.
A short call or message is enough to work out whether Mediova is the right fit for your situation — and if it is not, we will say so and suggest where to look.
