1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings given below:
- "Mediova", "we", "us", "our" — refers to Mediova, a facilitation education provider operating at 47 Beach Road, Bang Lamung, Chonburi 20150, Thailand.
- "Website" — the website available at mediovax.biz and any sub-pages thereof.
- "Session" or "Service" — any workshop, seminar, or administrative support offering made available by Mediova, including the Facilitation Skills Training, the Relationship Information Seminar, and the Document Organisation Support service.
- "Participant" or "You" — any individual who accesses the Website, submits an enquiry, registers for a Session, or makes use of any Service.
- "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions together with any booking confirmation, course outline, or supplementary document provided to you at the time of registration.
- "Content" — all text, materials, handouts, slides, and resources produced by Mediova in connection with its Sessions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting the Website, submitting an enquiry through our contact form, or completing registration for any Session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Our Sessions are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are registering on behalf of another person (for example, as a household administrator), you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf.
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not proceed with registration or use of the Website.
3. Service Description
Mediova provides general education and non-regulated administrative support in the area of family facilitation. Our current portfolio of Sessions is as follows:
- Facilitation Skills Training (฿4,200 per participant): a short skills course exploring neutral, facilitation-style conversation methods for use in community and family settings. Content is educational and skill-building in nature, conducted separately from any individual situation.
- Relationship Information Seminar (฿5,950 per seat): an open, general presentation on healthy communication habits and how to locate reputable support resources. The seminar is informational and signposting in nature only.
- Document Organisation Support (฿11,900 per household): practical administrative assistance with arranging household and family records into a clear, labelled system. This is an organisational service focused on order and structure, not on the interpretation or contents of documents.
Mediova does not provide legal advice, psychological or therapeutic services, financial advice, counselling, or any other service that is regulated under Thai professional licensing law. Nothing in our Sessions constitutes regulated professional advice of any kind, and nothing should be relied upon as such.
Sessions are offered primarily to participants located in Thailand. Availability may vary and Mediova reserves the right to adjust session dates, formats, or capacity with reasonable notice.
4. Bookings and Payment
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or a deposit, if stated in your booking confirmation). Places are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and we cannot guarantee availability without a confirmed booking.
All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment may be made by the methods communicated to you at the time of booking.
A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. Please check your details carefully; Mediova is not responsible for non-receipt caused by an incorrectly supplied email address.
5. Cancellations and Changes
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- More than 14 days before a Session: a full refund will be issued, less any bank transfer fees incurred.
- 7–14 days before a Session: a 50% credit toward a future Session will be offered; no cash refund.
- Less than 7 days before a Session: we are unable to offer a refund or credit, except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

Mediova reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a Session due to insufficient enrolment, facilitator illness, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or a place on an equivalent future Session.
6. User Responsibilities
When attending a Session or using the Website, you agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration;
- attend Sessions in a respectful and considerate manner toward facilitators and other participants;
- not record any Session (audio, video, or otherwise) without our prior written consent;
- not share, reproduce, or distribute Mediova Content without our prior written permission;
- not use the Website or any Session for any unlawful purpose;
- not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems.
Mediova reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a Session if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property
All Content produced by Mediova — including course materials, handouts, slides, written guides, and website text — is the intellectual property of Mediova and is protected under applicable Thai and international copyright law.
Upon payment and registration, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Content solely for your own private reference in connection with the Session you have attended. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publish, teach from, or commercially exploit the Content in any form.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us may be used by Mediova freely and without obligation.
8. Disclaimers
Mediova's Sessions are general education programmes only. They are not a substitute for regulated professional advice. We strongly encourage you to seek qualified legal, psychological, financial, or other professional guidance for any personal situation.
The Website and all Content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Website.
We do not make any promises about specific outcomes, results, or changes in circumstances that may or may not follow from attending a Session. Each individual's situation is different.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Mediova's total liability to you in connection with any Session or use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Session.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including loss of income, loss of data, or emotional distress, arising from your participation in a Session or use of the Website.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mediova, its facilitators, and representatives from any claims, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of the Website, or your infringement of any third-party rights in connection with your use of our Sessions or Website.
11. Termination
Either party may end this Agreement at any time. If you wish to withdraw from a Session, the cancellation terms in Section 5 apply. We may suspend or terminate your access to future Sessions at any time if we believe you have breached this Agreement.
Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Dispute Resolution) survive any termination of this Agreement.
12. Dispute Resolution
We would always prefer to resolve any concern informally. If you have a query or complaint, please contact us first at [email protected] and we will aim to respond within five working days.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chonburi Province, Thailand.
13. General Provisions
Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with any booking confirmation we issue to you, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mediova in relation to its subject matter and supersedes all prior communications.
Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver. A failure by Mediova to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment. You may not transfer or assign your booking or your rights under this Agreement to another person without our written consent.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or our operating practices. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the Website or attendance at a Session after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
15. Data and Privacy
We handle personal data you share with us in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Our use of cookies is explained in our Cookie Policy.
