Why Choose Mediova

What you get when clarity is built into every session

Mediova brings a particular combination of qualities to family education and facilitation support — qualities that are not easy to find in one place.

At a Glance

Six things that make a difference

Clear, bounded scope

We state upfront what we cover and where our role ends — every time, without exception.

Rooted in Chonburi

Local knowledge, local networks and an understanding of the families and communities in the Eastern Seaboard region.

Small, focused team

You work with experienced people, not rotating junior staff. The same faces from first enquiry to final session.

No pressure environment

Sessions are structured to give people space to think — not to push them toward any particular decision.

Transparent pricing

Fixed session fees published upfront. No hidden costs, no upselling during sessions, no surprise invoices afterwards.

A stepping-stone, not a destination

We see ourselves as a starting point. Our referral network means you leave with clear next steps, not just a session receipt.

Expertise

Facilitators who know their craft and their limits

Our team members have backgrounds in community facilitation, adult education and household administrative practice. They are not counsellors, lawyers or healthcare workers — and they do not pretend to be. This honesty is itself a form of expertise: knowing what you are for and what you are not for is the foundation of useful support.

  • Community facilitation backgrounds
  • Adult education and skill-transfer experience
  • Regular refresher workshops and peer review

Process

A structure that respects your time and situation

Every offering at Mediova has been designed with a clear beginning, a purposeful middle and a useful end. We do not run open-ended programmes with vague outcomes. Each session or course has defined content, a realistic duration and a clear sense of what you will walk away with.

  • Defined session content shared before booking
  • Realistic timeframes — nothing unnecessarily prolonged
  • Post-session summary of key points covered

Service

Attentive without being intrusive

Our approach is warm and personal — but we are careful not to make people feel that they are being managed, analysed or nudged in a particular direction. You are in control of your own situation. We are here to give you better tools and more information, not to lead you somewhere specific.

  • Responses to enquiries within one working day
  • No pressure follow-ups after initial contact
  • Consistent point of contact throughout your engagement

Value

Fixed fees, no surprises

All fees are stated before you commit to anything. The Facilitation Skills Training is āļŋ4,200, the Relationship Information Seminar is āļŋ5,950 per seat, and Document Organisation Support is āļŋ11,900 per household. There are no tier upgrades, add-on charges or session extensions billed separately.

  • All costs disclosed at point of enquiry
  • No hidden administrative or materials fees
  • Invoices issued in Thai Baht

Outcomes

Practical skills and useful information you keep

We measure what we do by whether people leave with something genuinely applicable. That might be a clearer picture of available support services, a conversation technique they can use next week or a household filing system they understand and can maintain. These are modest, realistic outcomes — but they are real ones.

  • Participant feedback gathered after every session
  • Written summary notes provided post-session
  • Referral list of reputable services included

How We Compare

Mediova versus typical alternatives

Many people seeking family support face a choice between regulated professionals (expensive, formal, case-specific) and general online content (impersonal, unverified, hard to apply). Mediova sits between these options.

Feature Typical alternatives Mediova
Clear scope statement before you begin
Referral to regulated professionals when needed
Fixed, published pricing with no add-ons
In-person sessions in Chonburi

No-pressure contact and follow-up policy

What Sets Us Apart

Distinctive qualities, not just talking points

Multi-cultural familiarity

The Chonburi region is home to Thai, expat and mixed families. Our team has experience working across these different backgrounds and approaches sessions with that breadth in mind — not a one-size approach.

A curated local referral network

We maintain an updated list of locally accessible, reputable service providers — family lawyers, licensed counsellors, community centres — so when your needs exceed our scope, we hand you something genuinely useful.

Session materials you keep

Every course or seminar includes written take-home materials — frameworks, checklists or resource lists — so the value extends beyond the day itself.

Administrative support without judgement

Our Document Organisation Support is strictly about order and accessibility — not about reviewing, interpreting or commenting on the contents of any paperwork. A practical service that respects your privacy entirely.
